At the October breakfast we look forward to catching up and hearing from the ‘Motivational Dude’ aka Ross Anderson talking about Gut health = business health”. Ross is a psychologist and wellbeing expert who specialises in human optimisation. He helps people enhance their mind and body thus elevating their health, happiness and performance.

For millennia the gut has been heralded as the cornerstone of health. Wise sages and ancient health practitioners proclaimed: all disease begins in the gut. Today though, current society has lost touch with this wisdom. Our educational systems and business culture know little about it and only in the east is this something that has more of a focus. However, recently with the evolution of science we’re beginning to see more information come to the forefront leading to greater understanding and application. Research in the last decade has now validated what our ancestors have been shouting about; “gut health is the key to unlocking a happier, healthier, more successful life.”

Ross will cover:

  • How a toxic gut can cause: stress, anxiety, low energy and lack of motivation and what you can do about it
  • The science of how to optimise your gut to improve your personal and professional performance and be at your peak

Ross is a fascinating character with a past life full of difficulties including addiction and panic disorder. Since making the decision to follow a more purposeful path, Ross has helped to optimise the lives of over 40,000 people through his speaking, training events and TedX Talks. He also works with a variety of organisations including Nike, Regus, STV, Lulu Lemon and Cisco

There are serious problems in places such as Gaza, where the illegal trade in tramadol flourishes, and the goods are often delivered through underground tunnels. Read more at

We can all benefit from a little help and direction from time to time, so we are very much looking forward to hearing what advice Ross can offer us on 3rd October.
