Glasgow Chamber of Commerce is all about supporting members and championing Glasgow. At our November event Chamber deputy chief executive Richard Muir will reveal 10 things that you probably didn’t know about your city and the Chamber of Commerce.  Richard, who has been with the Chamber for 10 years, will explore some key themes around the economic opportunities which exist in Scotland’s biggest city and touch on some of the distinct advantages Glasgow has including:

  • Skills and millennial talent
  • Innovation
  • Infrastructure
  • The destination appeal of the city

Richard will highlight the groundbreaking projects the Chamber delivers including partnerships with overseas Chambers, Developing the Young Workforce and Circular Glasgow, which ties in nicely with Glasgow hosting the UN Climate Change Conference COP26 in 2020.

Using a mix of case studies and insight Richard will add perspective and relevance to his presentation and open up the floor for discussion and encourage and challenge you to engage more with one of the leading Chambers in the UK.

It’s our last breakfast of 2019 so book early to ensure your space.
